Privacy Policy

1. Overview

SuggiForesite Pty Ltd ("SuggiForesite", "we", "us") operates a predictive construction logistics platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is deidentified before anyone sees it, and the controls every participant keeps over their own data.

The platform is built so that suppliers see demand, never names. Privacy is enforced by the architecture itself: tokenisation, spatial blur and the double blind vault: not only by contract.

2. Information we collect

Public data: development applications, government tender notices (including QTenders, AusTender and VendorPanel), and published infrastructure programs such as the Queensland 2032 delivery program. This information is already public; we collect and normalise it into a project register.

Builder data: read only, token scoped visibility of a small set of site milestones (such as Subgrade, Pavement and Capping status) that a builder chooses to share through their project management system. We never write back to a builder's systems.

Supplier data: historical and live quote information shared by suppliers for demand forecasting. Supplier identities are visible only to us and to the suppliers themselves.

Operational data: account details (name, work email, organisation) and platform usage needed to run the service.

3. Deidentification by architecture

Donor deidentification: builder names, project names and street addresses are replaced with cryptographic tokens before any data is used for forecasting. Suppliers see demand records, never donors.

Spatial blur: precise locations collapse into hexagon logistics sectors before anything leaves the vault. No supplier view identifies a site at street level.

Double blind tokenisation: a builder's identity token and the associated logistics transactions are linked only inside the encrypted vault. Neither side of an exchange can reverse the other.

Probability weighted purging: intent records are merged while a tender is live and duplicates are purged once an award is Closed Won, so stale intent never accumulates.

4. What we never do

We never attach builder identity to a demand record shown to a supplier.

We never cancel, move or reorder a delivery automatically. Risk alerts carry confidence scores and evidence and a human approves every action.

We never sell or share personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

We never use your data to poach commercial opportunities, and we do not disclose strategy or schedule signals to your competitors.

5. Human in the loop controls

The platform flags risk and recommends actions, but a person on your team approves holds, proceeds and accelerations. Every recommendation is accompanied by its confidence score and the underlying evidence.

6. Data retention

Public project data is retained while a project is live in the register. Deidentified demand records are purged or aggregated once the underlying opportunity is resolved. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the enquiry form on our home page.

7. Your rights

Subject to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable state legislation, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction, and request deletion. We respond to all requests within a reasonable period.

8. Demonstration data

The current demonstration platform runs on realistic sample data for South East Queensland. It does not contain live builder or supplier records, and the Queensland 2032 project information shown reflects official public sources with SuggiForesite's logistics inferences clearly labelled.
