1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the SuggiForesite platform and website operated by SuggiForesite Pty Ltd ("SuggiForesite", "we", "us"). By accessing the platform you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Nature of the service

SuggiForesite provides demand forecasting and logistics decision support. Forecasts are probability weighted estimates derived from public project data, deidentified site velocity signals and supplier quote activity, adjusted for weather.

Forecasts are decision support, not instructions. SuggiForesite does not cancel, move or reorder deliveries, and a human on your team approves every recommended action.

3. Demonstration data

The current platform operates on realistic demonstration data. Demand records, stockpiles, fleet and alert data are synthetic and provided for evaluation only. They must not be relied on for procurement, scheduling, contract or investment decisions.

Queensland 2032 project information reflects official public sources; logistics signals are SuggiForesite inferences, not confirmed procurement schedules. Individual venue budgets are not publicly disclosed.

4. Public data use

You may not attempt to identify donors from deidentified demand records, reverse the spatial blur to street level, or correlate tokens across the platform to infer builder or supplier identity. Attempting to do so is a material breach of these terms.

5. Builder and supplier contributions

Where you connect a project management or CRM system, you grant SuggiForesite a read only, token scoped licence to the agreed fields for the purpose of producing deidentified forecasts. We never write back to your systems. You may revoke access at any time.

You confirm you have the right to share the data you contribute, and that doing so does not breach your contracts with other parties.

6. Intellectual property

SuggiForesite retains all rights in the platform, the translation engine and derived aggregate datasets. You retain all rights in your own data. Public source data remains subject to the licences of the publishing authority.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuggiForesite provides the platform "as is" and excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, penalty payments or haulage costs arising from reliance on forecasts. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Confidentiality

Each party protects the other's confidential information with the same care it applies to its own. Deidentified and aggregate statistics may be used by SuggiForesite to improve the platform, provided no donor can be identified from them.

9. Termination

Either party may end this agreement with 30 days' written notice. On termination, builder and supplier data feeds are disconnected and your account data is deleted or returned on request, subject to legal retention requirements.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
